Receptionist

Receptionist LHH Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company located near Downtown Phoenix, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide a welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations. The hourly rate is up to $21/hr. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and being a key part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service. Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for all guests. Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures. Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, employees, and internal departments. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing as needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Support office and administrative tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience required. Professional and friendly communication style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and strong workplace etiquette. Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite MondayFriday.
