Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• (7) 10-hour shifts over two weeks
• Monday/Friday shifts: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Saturday/Sunday shifts: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Unique cyclical schedule:
  • Week 1: Work Sat/Sun/Mon, off Tues/Wed, work Thurs/Fri, off Sat/Sun/Mon
  • Week 2: Work Tues/Wed, off Thurs/Fri, repeat
• 70 hours over two weeks (30 hours one week, 40 hours the next)

Qualifications:

• Certified as an MLT or MT (ASCP or AMT)
• Hospital generalist experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Roche Chemistry and Sysmex Hematology analyzers
• Skilled in manual Gram staining techniques
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across a range of disciplines as a generalist
• Operate advanced lab equipment, including Roche Chemistry and Sysmex Hematology analyzers
• Perform manual Gram stains and interpret results effectively
• Analyze, document, and communicate lab findings to support timely clinical decisions
• Maintain compliance with laboratory and safety standards
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve specimen issues

$1,463 - $1,542/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
