About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead and oversee all phases of client engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients and counsel to gather information, analyzing and critiquing claims, and managing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality advice and recommendations. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure in crisis situations, and produce deliverables with a high level of professionalism and integrity. The Managing Director will also be involved in business development, providing expert testimony, and thought leadership in the areas of operational turnaround management and financial restructuring. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics from a highly regarded program, with a preference for CPA or CFA certification. A minimum of 10 years' experience in litigation consulting or intellectual property valuation is required, with a strong preference for those with testimony experience. The role demands superior interpersonal and project management skills, the ability to maintain business relationships, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, persuasive, and persistent, with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and flexibility. Responsibilities also include training and developing staff, as well as assisting in the hiring and mentoring of new team members.
