Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Account Managers to provide proactive operational support across their territories. Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including opportunity management, quote creation, amendments, renewals and internal documentation. Create and maintain accurate opportunities, quotes and customer information within Salesforce. Coordinate with internal teams such as Deal Desk, Legal, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to help progress customer requests and deals. Ensure sales processes are followed accurately and consistently, identifying and resolving gaps where appropriate. Support Account Managers with quarter planning, pipeline activity and end-of-quarter execution. Manage multiple requests and priorities across regions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Develop a strong understanding of assigned Account Managers, territories and customers to provide consistent, dependable and effective support. Help improve and standardise processes across the Sales Coordinator function. Contribute to wider team projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity and operational efficiency.
