POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Service Associate position is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by providing world-class service and support in effort to assist clients achieve their financial goals. This candidate will perform administrative and marketing tasks, provide high-level customer service and be responsible for other office support activities. This individual will work directly with the Investment Advisor Representatives. The work environment is one of a family atmosphere that is fast paced and focused on providing the highest level of service and professionalism.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• New business processing
• Prep materials for all client meetings
• Execute client/advisor service requests and follow up activities
• Ensure all follow-up items are clearly documented and actioned
• Maintain the advisors calendar
• Update and maintain client relationship management database
• Data entry in financial planning software
• Track commissions and fees
• Implement and maintain marketing initiatives
• Interface with existing and new clients
• Field incoming telephone calls and emails

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant experience required (financial services experience preferred)
• Special consideration will be given to candidates who have experience with: Microsoft Office Suite, Redtail, Docusign, AI Notetaking, QuickBooks, financial planning and reporting software, and eMoney

Salary/Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
