Owning the recruiting cycle from sourcing to pre-onboarding, the full-time Recruiter - People Operations will manage talent pipelines, coordinate hiring processes, and serve as the primary contact for candidates in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Source, advertise, and build talent pipelines across various teams and roles Conduct initial communication and screening interviews to assess skill and culture fit Coordinate the entire recruiting process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and the team Required qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or fast-growing SMEs Proficiency with various recruiting software and platforms Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interviewing Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours
