Sustaining Mechanical Engineer - Laser Welding Systems

IPG Photonics in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Sustaining Product Engineer for the LightWELD handheld laser welding family. You will sustain released products, ensure manufacturing process stability, drive root-cause and corrective actions, and manage ECOs to keep production-ready systems. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, service, supply chain, optomechanical, electronics, and software teams, applying RCCA/ CAPA methods, SolidWorks design updates, and robust documentation to improve #J-18808-Ljbffr IPG Photonics
