Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required

Assignment Details

• Patient population includes adolescents through geriatrics
• Case mix includes sports injuries, post-operative, and neurologic patients
• Would serve as the sole provider in the clinic
• Schedule is typically Monday through Friday
• Potential for four 10-hour shifts
• EMR: WebPT
• Interview process will most likely be virtual
