Strategic Talent Sourcer: Build Pipelines
SBM Offshore USA Regional Center
SBM Offshore is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple channels. This on-site role will partner with recruiters to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidate outreach and scheduling processes. You will create engaging outreach messages, maintain candidate records in the ATS, and help strengthen talent pipelines to support high-quality hires across SBM’s portfolios. #J-18808-Ljbffr
