Position Summary: Responsible for Radiology appointments, obtaining insurance, answering multi-line phone for multiple locations, working with incoming faxes, and sending out medical records Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role Full Remote working within CST time-zone Compensation rate is $18/hr

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Background in healthcare is preferred Background with eClnicalWorks Practice Management System preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions Excelle nt communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, certifications,geographic locationetc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
