Job Summary Night shift 7p-7a. The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and delivers patient and family‑centered care. The RN has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred. No experience in lieu of a degree. Licenses & Credentials Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. Experience BLS required, ACLS preferred. 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Perform this job successfully within the scope of nursing; the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients serviced in his/her assigned department. Certifications in CPR, PALS, ACLS, and BLS may be required upon hire for specific patient care units.
