Qualifications
\n- \n
- 2–5 years of professional sales experience, ideally with progression from SDR/BDR to Account Executive \n
- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales \n
- Strong prospecting skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn \n
- Experience conducting discovery calls, qualifying opportunities, and closing new business \n
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas \n
- Strong pipeline management and CRM experience \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills \n
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment \n
- Highly motivated, organized, coachable, and accountable for results \n
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution \n
- SaaS, software, platform, eCommerce, or technology sales experience is a strong plus \n
- Experience selling to HR, People Operations, or Operations teams is a plus \n
- Must be authorized to work in the United States \n
