Founding Account Executive

About AssetLink\n
AssetLink is a decision intelligence platform for wealth management. It helps teams find the right advisors and firms, see why they fit, and know when to act. This is the first dedicated sales hire.
You'll own the sales cycle for mid-market deals, from the first demo to a signed order form, and write the playbook the next sellers will follow. You will report directly our CEO.

- Run discovery and live demos on each prospect's own criteria \n
- Own mid-market deals and the conversion of starter-tier customers \n
- Source part of your own pipeline, about two booked demos a week, alongside an SDR \n
- Keep the CRM current: stages, next steps and notes \n
- Join pipeline review calls and report win rate, cycle time and stage conversion \n
- Write down what works: qualification questions, objections, proposals and pricing packages \n
- Bring product feedback from the field to the product team
Success is measured in deals closed and a playbook others can follow.

- You have 5 or more years selling software or data to wealth management, asset management or financial institutions \n
- You've worked at a wealth-industry data or technology vendor (a strong plus) \n
- You know Chief Growth Officers, Rev Ops, Heads of Business Development or recruiting leaders \n
- You can run a live demo and adapt it to what the buyer asks \n
- You build your own pipeline and don't wait for leads \n
- You write short, specific emails and keep a CRM clean \n
- You're comfortable in an early-stage company with no formal playbook yet \n
