Product Support EngineerDPP is seeking a Product Support Engineer for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense industry.Work Location: Onsite in Englewood, CODuration: 12 monthsTerms: W2 ContractWork Authorization: US Citizen; must have the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearanceResponsibilities:As a Product Support Engineer, you will be learning to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes.You'll assist with assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems.Your technical responsibilities include the support of product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.Required Qualifications:Exposure to wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers.Communication and customer interface skills.Familiarity with system level maintenance of networks and communications systems.Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 0-2 or more years of related experience.Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics.Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors.Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures.Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military.Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization.
