Lead Cook — High-Volume School Kitchen

Yay Lunch is seeking a Lead Cook for our school kitchen in Wilmette. You’ll be at the line, leading hot and cold prep, and ensuring every student meal is on spec and on time while keeping the kitchen organized and efficient. You’ll coach the team, brief shifts, manage batch days and FEFO inventory, and build strong relationships with school staff.
