Chef de Cuisine - SWAY Restaurant

We are looking for a new Chef de Cuisine to manage Sway Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Sway is our three‑meal Southern‑style dining venue located in the lobby of the historic Hyatt Regency Atlanta, offering authentic Southern hospitality and cuisine. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Executive Chef to create and implement menu concepts, collaborate with local suppliers and artisans, and may have opportunities to learn about beekeeping and honey production. Qualifications In‑depth experience in all kitchen operations. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills. Experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service. A desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to produce consistent products in a timely manner. Strong training and communication skills.
