Educate patients on treatment options and financial responsibilities. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the system. Assist with insurance verification and claims processing. Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients throughout their treatment journey. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance overall patient satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient care coordination. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with patients effectively. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
