As ourTreatment Coordinator, you are more than a scheduler or an insurance verifier you are ahealth advocate, a problem solver, and a patient guide. You help people move beyond the barriers oftime, money, and fear, and into a life of stability, confidence, and wellness.

What You'll Do:

• Build trust through authentic conversations about care, cost, and outcomes
  
• Coordinate care plans that are personalized, strategic, and designed to create lasting health
  
• Guide patients through the logistics of treatment: scheduling, financing, insurance, and follow-up
  
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure seamless patient experiences
  
• Anticipate and remove obstacles before they arise because patients deserve peace of mind
  
• Keep detailed, accurate records in our digital health platforms
  
• Serve as the go-to person for patients with questions, concerns, or hesitations
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of dental experience is required
  
• Experience in treatment coordination, case presentation, or financial arrangements is highly preferred
  
• Confidence in discussing clinical needs and financial options with patients
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  
• Proficiency in dental terminology, insurance processes, and EHR systems
  
• A calm, compassionate presence with a problem-solving mindset
