Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping shape a positive workplace culture while supporting key HR functions. Location: Seminole, Florida. Duties Ensure bi-weekly payrolls are processed timely and accurately High-volume recruiting Ensure employee status changes are submitted and processed timely Maintain payroll and personnel files while updating changes to HRIS Track data for new hires being onboarded Manage weekly new hire orientation Provide customer support for staff Proactively anticipate customer needs and build trusting relationships through collaboration and knowledge sharing Skills & Competencies Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines Previous experience working with time and attendance files and systems Qualifications A minimum of one year experience in a human resources role, preferred. Associates or Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, not required. Knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development. Previous long-term care or nursing home Human Resources experience, preferred Experience with UKG and HRIS/HRIM database such as Oracle, Cloud systems preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lcsnet
