Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to a broad range of ages from children to adults.

• Document client sessions efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping that adheres to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and maintain an organized calendar to accommodate client needs and preferences.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance one another's therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize billing systems for claim submissions, eligibility checks, and client account management, focusing on managing your caseload effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be connecting with a diverse clientele, including school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. You will address various clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and relational conflicts. Your role in identifying and overcoming barriers to education and personal growth is crucial to ensuring the well-being of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Availability for a minimum of 40 hours a week, including at least two evenings each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive hourly compensation, ensuring your valuable contributions are recognized and rewarded.
