Job Description Job Description Job Description : Bilingual Bookkeeper/Accountant (Spanish & English) Company : WPM INT LLC Location : Miami, FL (preferably from the area) Training Duration : 2-3 weeks Industry : Precious Metals Refining About Us : WPM INT LLC, headquartered in Doral, Florida, is a precious metals refinery specializing in gold, silver, and platinum. Our company is renowned for its rigorous security monitoring and quality control systems. We offer a range of services, including trading, smelting, assaying, reception, and refining. Given our location, all employees are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Position Overview : We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) bookkeeper/accountant to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping and accounting, as 99% of our customers speak Spanish. This role is critical due to the upcoming departure of a current team member who is pursuing a career in nursing. Key Responsibilities : - Handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks efficiently. - Manage invoices, numbers, and client interactions. - Use Touchless Metals software for accounting and billing ( training provided ). - Communicate effectively with our predominantly Spanish-speaking customer base. - Collaborate with a team, fostering a harmonious work environment. Qualifications : - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory . - Previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting is highly preferred. - Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. - Ability to commute to Miami (15-20 minutes away) with consideration of traffic, especially in inclement weather.
