Job Description

The General Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 11-50 employees, reporting directly to the Owner. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, requiring strong leadership to guide the team and drive organizational success. The General Manager is expected to maintain a hands-on approach with rare travel involved.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a medium-sized team to achieve performance goals
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
Maintain strong customer relations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Foster staff development and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in general management
