Central Camarillo Tax and Financial Services Firm in need of Office Manager and Front Desk person. We are a 10 - 15 person Tax and Financial Services Firm. Successful candidate will be the face of the firm, will be the primary receptionist, will manage processing of workflow, Employee payroll and misc. tasks.
The successful candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, have an aptitude for numbers, familiar with Quickbooks, be a team player, and have the ability to meet deadlines and accept responsibility.
You will become part of a dynamic team of financial professionals in one of the leading firms in Ventura County, beautiful office environment, very competitive compensation package which includes generous and extension PTO, 401K, training.
