Other Forms of Compensation: Benefits Job Summary Restaurant Associates is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to join the premier culinary team at the Morgan Stanley (1585 Broadway) . This role supports all aspects of a sophisticated, high‑volume executive dining suite, delivering exceptional café service, elevated catering, and refined à la carte cuisine. As part of an elite culinary program, the Sous Chef must bring a strong foundation in fine‑dining—preferably Michelin‑level—operations, with proven excellence in both AM and PM service environments. This position offers a rare combination of high‑end culinary execution, professional growth, and work‑life balance with holidays and weekends off.
