Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Provide teletherapy services to offer flexible options for clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring high-quality care regardless of their circumstances.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay informed of the latest research and therapeutic practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Your empathetic approach will be vital in cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship, enabling clients to explore their struggles and work toward healing.

Qualifications

• A current and valid mental health license—such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)—is required for this position.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster a safe and trusting environment for clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences, showing compassion in every interaction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage your caseload efficiently while balancing administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly preferred, as it will enhance your ability to engage with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
