Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking and Reservation Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the booking and reservation process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and book flights, hotels, and rental cars for clients

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and preferences for their travel arrangements

- Ensure all bookings and reservations are accurate and meet the client#39;s needs

- Monitor and manage any changes or cancellations to existing bookings

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations to provide the best possible service to clients

- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and reservations

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline the booking and reservation process

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Proficient in using booking and reservation systems

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Remote part-time schedule
