Paralegal Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in cases involving Lemon Law, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to case management and client interaction.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case preparation
Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather case information
Organize and maintain legal documents using document management systems
Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary
Qualifications
Required:
Experience with high-volume case management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong research skills using tools like Westlaw
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field OR Paralegal certificate
Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase)
Knowledge of Lemon law
Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
