Work Environment\n

This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential mental health services. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, accommodating appointments between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without the pressure of on-call responsibilities. Our operational support teams are readily available to ensure your focus remains solely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly therapy sessions via live video targeting individual adults, focusing on their mental health needs using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize self-assessment tools to evaluate client symptoms and treatment progress, adjusting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health providers, including specialists and fellow counselors, to deliver comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Engage in regular consultation sessions with leadership to review cases and receive guidance and support as needed.

• Document treatment sessions accurately in our integrated electronic medical record system, ensuring efficient tracking of client progress and compliance with healthcare regulations.

This role primarily serves adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including those at an elevated risk of suicide. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution to hold licensure as a Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in delivering therapeutic services, especially with higher-risk or adult populations.

• Proven ability to engage in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT, to address a wide range of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
