You will engage with clients through video conferencing and secure messaging systems, utilizing our Simple Practice platform for seamless communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based mental health counseling via telehealth platforms, ensuring a high level of care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and facilitate referrals to additional services as appropriate.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in counseling support groups and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals facing severe health challenges, including terminal illnesses, trauma-related psychological distress, and emotional difficulties linked with long-term care and hospice scenarios. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
