Recruiter III

We are seeking a Recruiter III to support full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Development and related life sciences functions. This position will focus on attracting and hiring specialized talent across Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Development Outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and define role requirements
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for complex scientific and clinical development positions
• Provide talent market insights and hiring recommendations
• Document candidate evaluations and manage interview processes
• Support offer development and compensation discussions
• Build pipelines of qualified biotechnology and pharmaceutical talent
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive effective hiring outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical recruiting experience
• Experience supporting Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related functions
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
• Experience influencing hiring decisions and serving as a strategic talent advisor

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
