Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Perform thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify each client’s unique needs, documenting findings in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support remotely, ensuring clients have access to urgent care as needed.

• Assist clients in accessing online resources and local services, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare providers to create a coordinated care approach that is responsive to client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation according to best practices and organizational policies to support care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals and families facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom may require culturally sensitive approaches to their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• An active LCSW license in the state of Georgia is essential.
