Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand patient needs and treatment history.

• Work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that take into account their individual goals, challenges, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) during individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute emotional distress, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to meet legal and ethical standards while supporting patients’ ongoing care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and strategies for effective management, empowering them with the knowledge necessary to improve their wellbeing.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive and individualized patient care.

Qualifications\n
