Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand the full spectrum of each patient's mental health status.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to their unique goals and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating strong crisis management skills in acute situations, and work with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous, coordinated care.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to the clinic's policies and regulatory standards to ensure compliance.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge for effective mental health management.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to facilitate comprehensive care solutions for all patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
