Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify the unique challenges faced by each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that account for their specific needs, objectives, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various modalities including individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring that they receive timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, consistent with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with coping strategies and knowledge about managing mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize patient recovery.

• Keep abreast of the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in the field of mental health, actively integrating this knowledge into therapeutic practices.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
