Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients’ needs, preferences, and treatment goals tailored specifically to their circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver individualized therapy to clients through video conferencing or telehealth platforms.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops that address prevalent mental health concerns and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques, supported by practical experience.
