Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's mental health status and needs.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatments, to help clients work through their challenges.

• Employ effective communication skills to keep clients engaged and motivated throughout their therapy journey.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote peer support and community healing.
\n
• Assess risk factors and provide crisis intervention when necessary, remaining calm and collected in challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care tailored to the client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as a Mental Health Therapist will center around a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You'll be expected to provide culturally responsive therapy that respects and addresses the varied backgrounds and experiences of your clients. Our goal is to create an empathetic and inclusive space where clients feel safe and supported as they work through their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of related work experience in a mental health setting.

• A strong foundation in various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapy modalities.

• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with technology in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ultimate Energy Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
