McAllen 311 Call Center-Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to greet callers on the phone in a friendly and cheerful manner with the intent of solving the caller's concern. This position works with diverse populations by using tact, courtesy and independent thinking. The employee assists with emergency management functions of the City as directed. This job works under close supervision according to set procedures.
