Field Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated, self‑starter, relationship‑driven Field Sales Consultant to join our team. POSITION OVERVIEW The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer accounts, and helping clients implement cost‑effective janitorial and facility solutions. This position works closely with company leadership, internal support staff, and manufacturer partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve revenue goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and grow assigned customer accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities Promote company systems, solutions, and proprietary systems Present and communicate the company's "Lowest Total Cost Solution" value proposition Utilize consultative sales strategies to recommend customized solutions for customers Complete and maintain customer profiles and account information Coordinate product, systems, and solution training as needed Support company initiatives, including product launches, training programs, open houses, seminars and trade shows Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in management, purchasing, facility maintenance, and operations Utilize CRM software and sales tools to effectively manage customer relationships and opportunities Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and the competitive environment Communicate customer feedback and opportunities to management Maintain a professional image and customer‑focused attitude QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years in sales, business development, marketing, or related B2B experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and CRM software Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Janitorial, facility supply, distribution, or consultative sales experience is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive base compensation plus commission opportunities Strong earning potential for hard‑working successful consultants Company paid automobile related expenses Entertainment and business development expense reimbursement On‑going sales training and professional development Supportive, family‑oriented team culture 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Health insurance WHY WORK FOR CHEMCRAFT INDUSTRIES?
