Jacksonville Youth Academy is a 24-bed, all-boys program. Our center is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. Pay : $80,000/annually

What you will do: The HSA ensures that the facility is compliant with all contracts, ACA standards and licensing requirements related to medical-related treatment. Monitors, evaluates, and determines appropriate levels of care; assures the delivery of essential care needs and quality of service provided; provides consultation services to assist in adhering to stands; does related work as required. Has managerial responsibility (both administrative and clinical) for the medical unit. Administers and coordinates all medical/dental/psychiatric service. Is on 24-hour call to respond to emergencies.

• To be considered you should: Possess a Bachelor's degree in related health care field and/or equivalent experience. Must possess a current clear and active Registered Nursing license from the state of Florida. A minimum of two years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs; Prior supervisory experience; Be at least 21 years of age; Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: 5 Days on, 2 Days off
