Your Role: As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our key accounts, collaborating closely with our Account Manager and various stakeholders within hospital enterprises. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects not only succeed but exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Account Manager and stakeholders on groundbreaking projects that shape the future of healthcare. Our clients include some of the leading healthcare organizations in the US Deliver top-notch after-sales support to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty. Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner. Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring we’re always aligned with their needs. Report on account statuses to keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast-evolving healthcare landscape. Engage with Leadership: Take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives. Project Planning: Contribute to comprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying key milestones, and ensuring timely execution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. Communication: Lead customer-facing communications to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals, while actively participating in project planning to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. What You Bring: 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects. Proficient in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships. Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project deliverables and communications. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and addressing client needs. A knack for thriving independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
