Account Coordinator

Our client, a leader in innovative workplace solutions, is seeking a dedicated Account Coordinator to join their team. As an Account Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the sales support team, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Jacksonville, FL OR Melbourne, FL

Pay Range: $25-28/hr.

Job Type: 3-month contract with the potential for hire

Schedule: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 flex day) M-F 40 hrs./wk.

What's the Job?

• Manage the entire sales order fulfillment process from entry to punch list completion.

• Coordinate with sales, vendors, and internal departments to create accurate quotes and orders.

• Prepare and issue client proposals, deposit invoices, and confirm deposit collections.

• Convert quotes into orders, check for accuracy, and issue purchase orders to manufacturers.

• Track product orders, coordinate delivery and installation, and manage related paperwork and claims.

What's Needed?

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 2 years of related experience.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of order entry systems or database management is preferred.
