We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Healthcare Records Intake Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting the secure intake and processing of medical records.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and log incoming medical records
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Upload and categorize files in digital systems
- Communicate with facilities about missing documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
