We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Woolf Aircraft. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our administrative operations, contributing to the efficient functioning of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support office logistics, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
