What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one observation for patients who need extra support.
- Help ensure patient safety by preventing falls, wandering, or self-harm.
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and comfort to patients.
- Report patient needs and changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College courses in related field a plus.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience a plus (not required).
- Must be able to react quickly to the needs of a patient who require immediate intervention.
- Ability to observe and recognize changes in patient behavior.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required or within 7 days of employment and maintained.
- Compassionate, attentive, and reliable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
