Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and understand clients' mental health challenges, using standardized tools and interviews to gather necessary information.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions that address specific emotional and behavioral issues, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and track progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Deliver teletherapy services as needed, ensuring access to care for clients facing mobility challenges or geographic barriers.

• Maintain precise and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of innovative treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
