Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, ensuring a seamless integration of care.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes including diagnostic and functional evaluations to assess individual needs effectively.

• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients requiring mental health services, monitoring their progress and recommending adjustments as necessary.

• Advise primary care providers on whether patients would benefit more from in-house services or require referrals to specialized mental health facilities.

• Develop relapse prevention plans tailored to individual patient needs, helping them maintain stable, healthy functioning.

• Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts to facilitate continuity of care and accountability.

• Monitor and coordinate behavioral health services, linking patients with additional treatment resources as needed, always with their consent.

• Educate patients and empower them with self-management skills necessary for active participation in their treatment journeys.

• Provide consultation support to clinic management and fellow healthcare professionals regarding behavioral health services and evaluation methodologies.

• Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and maintain the highest standards of practice.

• Other duties as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 87,000 and 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
