Your role will involve addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more, within a supportive and non-judgmental telehealth setting. Qualifications\n \n * A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n * An active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory. \n * A minimum of two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to clients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on family therapy. \n * Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, along with a deep understanding of therapeutic modalities. \n * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively. \n * Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a culture of shared growth and learning. \n Preferred Experience\n \n * Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery. \n * Advanced knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and modalities. \n * Involvement in interdisciplinary collaboration within healthcare settings. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
