Key Responsibilities\n Your primary responsibilities will encompass: \n \n * Delivering high-quality psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing techniques best suited for their unique needs. \n * Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and forming case conceptualizations that guide treatment plans and interventions. \n * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches, when necessary. \n * Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to best practices and regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with individuals experiencing trauma-related distress and other mental health challenges. Our focused emphasis on trauma treatment allows you to engage patients who are looking for compassionate support and effective solutions. You will play a key role in facilitating their recovery journey, using evidence-based modalities designed to promote healing and resilience. Qualifications\n To excel in this role, you will require: \n \n * A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field. \n * An active Pennsylvania state license to practice independently in mental health therapy as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n * A minimum of 2 years of experience as a primary therapist, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice and a commitment to client-centered care. \n Preferred Experience\n Preferred candidates will have experience in trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and a history of working within various community settings. Experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration and a proven ability to engage clients effectively through virtual means will also be valued. Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
