Extensive UiPath RPA Business Analysis Experience Minimum 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience, with at least 2+ years working on RPA initiatives using platforms such as UiPath, including strong understanding of the RPA SDLC. Strong Process Discovery, Documentation & Optimization Skills Proven expertise in process discovery and automation assessment, creation of PDDs and SDD collaboration, and ability to apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to transform As‑Is processes into optimized To‑Be automated workflows. Senior Stakeholder and Client Management Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, lead UAT and change management.
