Operations Manager

About The Role The Operations Manager keeps the technology organization running smoothly by owning internal processes, tooling, and cross-functional coordination that enable engineering and product teams to execute efficiently. This position focuses on identifying operational bottlenecks, designing scalable workflows, and driving complex technical programs from initial planning through measurable delivery. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize core operational processes, documenting technical workflows and standard operating procedures Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives, tracking timelines, technical dependencies, and deliverables Analyze operational metrics using Jira, SQL, and BI tools to identify delivery bottlenecks and drive efficiency Manage internal tooling stacks, administrative platforms, and external vendor relationships supporting engineering Facilitate agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and resource allocation across distributed technical teams Report on operational KPIs, capacity planning models, and project risks directly to engineering leadership What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of operations management, technical project management, or program management experience in a technology company Proficiency in data analysis and process-design using SQL, Excel, and BI dashboarding tools like Looker or Tableau Demonstrated experience managing projects within Jira, Confluence, and modern agile software development environments Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and finance Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field Bonus: PMP certification, prior software engineering background, or experience scaling remote engineering organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
